You've enjoyed the video games, now learn to play the real thing.  Learn to play your favorite Guitar Hero & Rock Band songs and perform them with your bandmates! 

Some prior playing experience necessary.  Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboards and Vocals. Other instruments may apply.

Performance, stage presence, memorization techniques, timing, dynamics, as well as listening and communication skills will be incorporated into each days work. While learning how to interact with other musicians, students will gain first-hand experience in what it’s like to play in a real rock & roll band.

 

Bands will perform their songs in a mini-concert for each other, the teachers and the parents at the end of the week. The performance will be videotaped and everyone will receive a DVD of their performance.

Rock Hero Summer Camp is an awesome opportunity for young performers to jam and perform together while being coached by professional musicians.

This confidence-building learning experience advances instrumental skills & musicianship, develops showmanship & stage presence and teaches all the necessary skills needed to perform together as a band.

In these one-week day camp programs, students will work on the skills necessary to learn rock songs and perform them live in a real band. This is a hands-on camp, so the maximum emphasis will be on playing their instruments and learning material for a live performance.

At our Rock Camps, the goal is to start a band and learn great songs. At the same time we’ll be improving a student’s playing skills & musicianship, their ability to perform together as a group, their showmanship & stage presence and above all,making sure they have a lot of fun doing it!
